Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from WestXbike.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. After 30 days, returns may be declined.

2. Eligibility

  • Item unused, in original condition; original packaging when possible.
  • Proof of purchase required (order number/receipt).
  • Non-returnable: gift cards, perishable goods, digital products, opened personal-care items, customized items.

3. How to Start

Email support@westxbike.com with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll send instructions and an RMA.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error (defective/damaged/wrong item). Use a tracked/insured method.

5. Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (posting times depend on your bank/card issuer).

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged, subject to availability. Email us to arrange an exchange.

7. Sale/Promo Items

Sale items may be final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page.
